ABOUT TATE MODERN
One of the largest museums of modern and contemporary art in the world, the Tate Modern has only been open since 2000 but is already one of the top three visitor attractions in the UK. From the cavernous Turbine Hall to the intimate enclaves of the Blavatnik Building, there is a wide range of spaces available for any event or occasion. Formerly the Bankside Power Station, the museum uses its size and space to great effect and offers a huge choice when it comes to planning an event. Overlooking the Thames – directly opposite St Paul’s Cathedral – much of the museum has stunning panoramic views over London and is ideal for receptions, dinners, award ceremonies and lavish parties.

Lighting & Technical Solutions The industrial architecture of the Tate Modern can be gloriously highlighted with innovative lighting and illumination across a variety of spaces. As befits a museum of modern and contemporary art that highlights work from the digital world there is huge potential in displaying video as part of an event.
Floral Design & Styling Flowers are never a finishing touch, in fact it’s their ephemeral beauty that bring events to life. Create a sense of drama (and an Instagram moment) with a wild meadow, an enchanted forest or an elaborate floral archway. TURBINE HALL
Vast iconic space ideal for large events.
The entrance and centrepiece of the Tate Modern, the Turbine Hall has housed some of the most memorable pieces of modern art since the museum opened. The huge scale of the space, five storeys tall and 3,400 square metres of floor space, means that it is perfect for grand affairs.
The Turbine Hall accommodates up to 1500 guests.

Raw, industrial space ideal for unique events.
Formerly an area set aside for electricity generators, The Tanks are subterranean blank canvases that are perfect for everything from large-scale conferences to prestigous awards shows.
The Tanks accommodates up to 600 guests.

Versatile space with views over the river.
With swathes of light and interesting angles, the South Room offers a wide variety of options when it comes to events. The space offers another blank canvas that can be transformed with bespoke staging.

Breath-taking vantage point that offers a unique backdrop.
With panoramic views across the river and the entire city, this light-filled space and the outdoor viewing terrace is perfect for smaller events – and guaranteed to make a strong impression.
The Level 10 Viewing Terrace accommodates up to 150 guests.

Situated at the top of the Boiler House, The East Room can be used for a variety of different types of events and boasts one of the most spectacular views in London.

QNI LAUNCH EVENT - INDEXING NATIONALITY
The Brief Global leader in residence and citizenship planning, Henley & Partners alongside leading constitutional law professor Dr.Dimitry Kochenov were set to launch the second edition of the Quality of Nationality Index, which objectively ranks the quality of nationalities worldwide. We were tasked with creating a premium launch event at the Tate Modern for eighty guests containing respected academics and journalists. The Delivery We provided full event production and design for the event, in the East Room of the Tate Modern, including full technical production and the creation of custom acrylic displays. The translucent vinyl displayed specially designed infographics displaying key data from the index of five countries including the United States and South Africa. The Inside Story The launch event saw a speech from Professor Dr.Dimitry Kochenov himself and a panel talk with contributions from former UK Chancellor Ken Clarke MP and Daniel Hannan MEP. The index saw Germany take top spot for the fifth year in a row.

CLIENT DINNER & RECEPTION - EVENING IN THE TANKS
The Brief A leading law firm approached us to create a unique and standout event for an annual client dinner. The brief was to create an event that was both visually impactful but also personable and intimate. The Delivery One hundred and fifty light-bulbs were hung from the top of the vast Tate Tanks space. Bringing their warm light down to create an intimate space while dining, they were then meet by impressive floral design rising from the floor. Contemporary floral centerpieces adorned the dining tables which used eight bags of charcoal to create. The Response The client commented that the theming and production was perfect and that guests had commented that it was the most impressive edition of this annual event that they had attended.
